ISSC 2013 Registration

Attendees of the ISSC 2013 conference will be required to register online for the conference. This year we have worked hard to keep the prices low and value for money.

Payment can be made using MasterCard, Visa or Laser Card but if you wish to be billed, please complete the registration process up to the point of paypal payment and stop there. Then send us an email and we will be in touch. Fees can also be paid by Wire Transfer - please contact the Chair directly at: nigel.mckelvey@lyit.ie

At least one author of each published paper must pay the registration and attend ISSC 2013 in order to present the paper/poster. Failure to register for the conference by the above date may result in the paper being excluded from the conference proceedings. Failure to present the paper at the conference may also result in the paper being removed from the IET/IEEE online databases. The ISSC 2013 online registration must be completed along with the final camera ready paper.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration should be made in writing before the 26th May 2013 to the ISSC 2013 Conference Secretariat: ISSC 2013, c/o Dr. Nigel McKelvey, Computing Department, Letterkenny Institute of Technology or by email to info@issc.ie. An administration fee of 30% will apply to registration cancellations received on/before 26th May 2013.

No refunds can be made for any cancellations received after 26 May 2013. Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague and an administration fee of €25 will apply. All refunds due will be processed after the conference.

Cancellations must be received in writing by the conference secretariat by the dates specified. Credit cannot be given for unused service, unattended events or early termination of attendance.
