Guide For Authors

Accepted authors are requested to complete the following 5 tasks:

Task 1: Upload Your Final (Camera Ready) Paper

We require that you submit your final "Camera-Ready" paper in order to be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings. All camera-ready papers will be forwarded to the IET for inclusion in their digital library.

If you have not already done so, you can log on to the Ex Ordo system and view your review comments:

You should take these comments into account when preparing your final camera-ready paper. Please ensure that your final paper adheres to the guidelines and template as provided by the IET. Please check both documents before preparing your final paper.

Notes before you submit:

  1. Please check your paper for spelling/grammatical mistakes.
  2. Avoid using ALL CAPITALS in your paper title.
  3. Papers should be no more than 8 pages in length.

Once you are ready to submit your final camera-ready paper, click on the link below, log in (using the same email address you used to submit the paper) and click on the link to "Upload Final Draft for XXX":

The deadline for camera-ready papers is: Friday, 31st May 2013

Task 2: Assign Copyright to the IET

You are required to download, complete, print and sign the copyright assignment form. Papers will not be published by the IET if the attached copyright assignment is not completed and signed.

Once you sign the document, you should scan the two pages of the copyright form and produce a single PDF file. You will be prompted to upload your copyright PDF file when submitting your final camera-ready paper.

Insert the following details when completing the copyright assignment form:
Delivery Date = 20th - 21st of June 2013
Delivery Material = Conference Proceedings

Task 3: Check Your Title, Abstract and Author Details

When submitting your final camera-ready paper, you will be prompted to check the title, abstract and author details of your paper. Please check that the details included in the paper match the details on the online form exactly. Please also check that the "presenting author" is correctly identified. This is the author that will attend the conference in June.

Task 4: Register to Attend

All presenting authors are advised to register and pay to attend the conference on or before the 31st of May 2013.

Presenters that do not register on or before this date will have to pay additional charges and may have their paper removed from the proceedings altogether. You can register at the link below:

Task 5: Book Your Accommodation Now

Accommodation availability will be extremely limited in Letterkenny around the dates of the conference, due to the fact that an International Car Rally will be taking place in the locality in the days immediately after the conference. As a result, much of the local accommodation may be booked up if you leave it too late to book your accommodation. Therefore, early booking of accommodation is advised.

A full list of accommodation is available on this website.
